Refund policy
We hope that every customer loves their new Kiwi Charms, but if you are unhappy with your new purchase and wish to return it, simply submit a return request to kiwicharmsinfo@gmail.com within 14-days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. As a small business, we're currently unable to provide complimentary return shipping. Once we receive your return and confirm the product is in new condition, we'll promptly process your refund. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Disclaimer
While our charms and jewelry are designed to be sturdy and can potentially prevent mishaps, once they're in your care, we cannot take responsibility for any breakage or damage. Please be mindful of their limits. These items are intended for use as aesthetic accessories to your wardrobe.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
